Well I could not give a zero or I would have I've been waiting for the doctor to sign my mother's death certificate is August 31st the first time he signed it was I had to wait almost a month but she died am. instead of .pm. I've been trying to get this corrected since then have contacted the hospital no one seems to be able to get him to sign it for some reason I do not understand this is causing me a lot of grief can someone please help me
