From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere made us feel truly special. The resort is incredibly luxurious, but what stood out the most to me was the beautiful tropical-inspired room design — especially the bathroom, which felt like a serene spa retreat. The multiple pools are absolutely stunning, and the private beach right next to the resort made it so easy for our kids to enjoy the water safely. First time to Maui, stayed 5 nights, had an amazing vacation! All the staff at the hotel were wonderful. from the front desk, concierge service, housekeeping, pool staff and general manager and his team! Rooms were very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was great with gluten free options. We hope to stay again in the future.
I’m not one to typically write reviews, but felt I had to for the Andaz Maui!!! First off, the hotel was beautiful, rooms and shower amazing, and all the amenities were great!!! We happened to be staying here 2 nights ago- the night the 2025 Tsunami warning hit. As I fell into a panic hearing the sirens and getting alerts, the staff went over & beyond to make everyone comfortable!!! This is an extremely nice Hampton Inn. A Hampton Inn with stunning grounds and a breathtaking view, but make no mistake, it is Hampton Inn level service. Breakfast was included in our rate, which is good because the service would have been a major disappointment. Our first morning, the server must have been paying for coffee out of her own pocket.
