Cannot recommend this company enough! I was lucky to work with Joe in Customer Service, and Darran from Shipping - both were excellent, professional, and communicated effectively. When you're overseas and are able to quickly coordinate with hard working people like these - it makes all the difference in the world! They are amazing!!! They were out of stock in something I ordered and emailed me immediately letting me know and asking if I wanted to cancel my order. They were super fast at restocking and making sure my package got out right away the same day the parts I ordered were in. They were super friendly and respectful and treated me like I’m a human(most companies don’t anymore). This company is not a good re-seller/distributor. They make items only for their customers and will not sell the same item to others who are interested. They refer themselves as a distributor yet will not sell to other re-sellers.
