I had the ergo loupes for almost 5 years now, great after sale service and warranty. Always responsive within 24 hours, great, fast, professional customer service.
I would like to sincerely thank Tiara for her care and efficiency getting my loupe ordered and repaired. She was not just a text away, she also came to fit my loupes and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the product. I appreciated her knowledge in product selection and her outreach above and beyond. Andau not only offers good products, but the outstanding customer service from Tiara is what I appreciared the most!
Had a wonderful experience with Teale and the andaumedical team. I was very surprised after speaking with the rep Nicole Madero on how she tried to put pressure on the process of buying loupes. This is a very low quality company that has no respect or flexibility for people with disabilities. She also tried to put down the Designs by Visions process by telling me that they won’t give me a full refund as their company will not as well. I would definitely go with Designs by Vision, their professionalism was much more supportive and they have respect and the flexibility for the human experie... read more
