I highly recommend Andate Construction-I heard about them after my upstairs neighbor caused two huge leaks in my apt below and I needed to have my kitchen ceiling and one wall removed due to mold. I also hired them to rebuild my kitchen since they had done such a great job with the first half. Anthony, Bryan, Yaracet and Hector were so professional and easy to work with throughout even though I was really tense and unsure of everything. Responsible , responsive and did good work. Was thorough in assessing the extend of the damage with good documentation and coordinated work with the insurance well.

Brought my home that was down to the studs to brand new. Communication was great each step along the way. Grateful to Dan and andate for getting us back into the house after it was destroyed by a flood. (Don’t mind the mess in the photos - we are still unpacking) Thanks!

Jose and Nick are excellent contractors. They did a beautiful job in my home. Wholes in the kitchen ceiling needed to be close due to water leak. Under my bathroom sink needed a backing against the wall also due to water leak. Everything looked new. Great job protected furniture and cleaning up.

Anthony and Andate has not only done a great job but has proactively taken care of things that I would not even think of.... if they were more than five stars to review I would give more than five stars. I would highly recommend Anthony and Andate to anybody and everybody.
