I received an Andare Milan 3 collection style #49 in exchange from United Airlines for my damaged suitcase at DCA Reagan airport in Washington DC. The replacement suitcase came with a 10 yrs warranty. United Airlines did process the claim to exchange but didn't give any documents mentioning what they exchanged with that may serve as proof of acquisition of Andare Suitcase. Which is worse, designed in USA or madein China?
Worst service and worse luggage. customer service for Warranty does not work, they send me replacement luggage for American Airline and wheel came out and got lost in trip less than 2 months old
