Andante Day – My girlfriends and I went to Nashville for a fun weekend and spent part of a day at Andante. We had a WONDERFUL time! The staff is friendly, professional, and very skilled. We had massages, pedicures, facials and body polishing. All were excellent. Yvonne has made Andante a fabulous place to relax and pamper yourself. Wonderful Envoronment and professional staff – I highly recommend this spa. The environment was clean and relaxing. My daughter had a spray tan service done and we cant wait to take her back. Great bikini wax! – I scheduled a bikini wax at this spa and was a little nervous since it was my first visit. The staff was so nice and very professional. Angie made me feel really comfortable and done a great job. I will definitely be visiting this spa again.
Awesome spray tan! – I got a spray tan before my wedding, and Yvonne was awesome. She made me feel completely comfortable (even when I had no clothes on) and talked with me about different options that would be good for me based on my coloring, dress style, etc. I felt like a celebrity or something. Absolutely wonderful spa – My first visit to this spa was a relaxing one. This was also my first full body massage and it was a great experience. The spa is clean and the location is great. I highly recommend this spa and I will definitely return in the future.
Afternoon Mini Vacation..... – I had a great spa experience and the staff was top notch. A GREAT mini vacation for the afternoon. I will be returning soon for the same massage services and maybe even other offers they have.
Had to wait 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment – It was my first visit and my husband had purchased me a gift certficate so I was looking forward to my appointment. The person who scheduled my appointment by phone had asked me to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. the WORST experience I have EVER had at a spa – I have been to many spas. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was left in the "tranquilty" room for an hour waiting for my massage appt. I arrived at 10:50 (as requested) and waited until 11:30 to get my first service. They escorted me to the sauna (since they had no room for me) and returned to take me to my facial (which was wonderful- if you do decide to go, Lenise was great).
