Poorly maintained.
The convenience to everything is awesome!! I love living in Andante! It is conveniently located to everything. There's an AC Transit bus stop right outside the complex, BART is only a 10 minute walk or you can hop on the free emery go round, Safeway across the street, and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. The one thing that sold me to Andante was the plentiful parking spots that are secured by a gate. Although the complex may seem big, it's very quiet and private. Neighbors are super friendly!
I really like living here but there are some caveats! First off packages can and will be stolen. The mail room is out in the open and in a convenient place where anyone can steal them. For the longest time the garage door gate was broken and continually open leading to cars getting broken into and more mail stolen. Second, the last time I rode the elevator I met a homeless guy sitting there smoking pot. Nice guy, but after that I never took the elevator again... The interior is nice, but the security is terrible. We've had packages stolen, mail stolen, Bikes stolen and out catalytic converter stolen. Not worth the premium price, even if the location is super convenient.
