Everything was perfect for me. I arrived 10 min earlier and Brandon was there ready and waiting for me so I could seat right away. He listened carefully to what I wanted and he made it to perfection, even some details I didn't explain he got them right just by looking at the picture I showed to him. On top of that he was very kind, friendly and respectful

Such a good experience. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and feels very high-end without being uncomfortable or pretentious. The esthetician was super knowledgeable and made the whole treatment feel customized to my skin instead of just doing a basic routine. My face looked brighter, cleaner, and way more refreshed after the treatment. You can tell they care about results and the overall experience. Definitely worth it if you want a quality facial in Miami.
