Came in for a drug test. Specimen collector called my name wrong even after correcting her. Got into the collection room and I wasnt able to urinate enough. She was extremely rude, telling me "Nope this aint gonna work. U have 3 hours to complete the test or fail". I asked if I could leave to get something to drink or if there was a drink machine nearby. She handed me a small cup of water and said "Do not leave the building as she escorted me to thr lobby". Receptionist were rude too. Sitting there with no patients laughing ... read more
