So I have been a chicken about Gua Sha for years. I tried it today, and OMG. So much relief. It can be intense while she is working out the specific fascia area, but the minute she moves, the pain is gone. I have suffered with migraines, back and neck issues for weeks. I feel so amazing. I will make this part of my regular routine from now on. So thankful for Dawn and her knowledge!
