Went to the er hurting in my feet and legs trying to get help.an when I left I was still hurting in my feet and legs. It seems like they don't care about how we feel .they just care about the money they make off of us suffering people.thats how I feel after my er visit today . In other words you might ort to be dying if you want help from Andalusia health.

I refuse to ever go back to this horrible hospital ever again, unless I am bleeding out and have no choice. They were so far off from what was actually going on with me there is no excuse. The pensacola er didn't know why they wouldn't have done a CT scan, knowing you can't tell what is really going on with just an x-ray. Their diagnosis made no sense and I felt worse after taking the medication they prescribed. I don't know how bloodwork wouldn't find all the infections I had that pensacola found just a day and a half later... read more

As soon as I checked in at the front desk and sat down they were already calling my name. All the nurses were very nice and the doctor was just as sweet as the rest of them. Great experience

Oh my goodness. The woman at the front is rude. For a woman her age, I'd thought she would be more compassionate but absolutely not, her attitude is trash. I cannot believe they would hire someone as rude as her. Folks of Andalusia, head to to a different ER.

Emergency room is top notch, everyone is so caring and they lead with communication. Hospital staff is also top notch. Kind, caring, compassionate, it's clean, food is great. I can't say enough great things about this Hospital.
