Had a good experience the first few times I went, but this most recent trip, I ordered three quesa birria tacos and there was a long hair in the middle of my second one. I went back and asked for a refund on the two tacos I did not eat/finish, and they refused and offered to remake the tacos instead, which is typically understandable but why would i want *more* food from you when i just found a massive hair in the first order? Tried the birria tacos and they were packed with flavor. The meat was tender and juicy, with that rich, slow-cooked taste you want from good birria. The tacos were crispy on the outside but still soft enough to hold everything together, and the consommé on the side added a nice extra layer when dipping.

This place defies expectations. The chorizo is cooked to perfection. The sauce is rich, spicy, and delicious. The additional hot sauce hits the mark if you want it. I actually look forward to eating here each time we come to the mall for the museum
