Hey I have been a costumer of Andaaz jewelers Chicago IL for few years, I bought a nail braclet/bangle in may of 2024, it keep getting stuck with my clothes and price has doubled so I decided to take it to local jewelers and it was steel, it got caught with magnet. They keep deleting my reviews from their page, I have all the proof needed, please buy a magnet and check your jewelry, I wish I can upload that video,
I recently bought a bracelet from your website which quoted as 22 carat gold. It even came with a letter confirming the bracelet was 22 carat gold. Upon receiving it, I brought it to jewelry outlet to test its carat valuation. After 3 person doing a test on it, I was told it didn't even match up to 22 carat gold. I was told the bracelet was below 18 carat gold. I went to another jewelry outlet to verify the bracelet and again 2 person did a test on it.
