I recently bought a bracelet from your website which quoted as 22 carat gold. It even came with a letter confirming the bracelet was 22 carat gold. Upon receiving it, I brought it to jewelry outlet to test its carat valuation. After 3 person doing a test on it, I was told it didn't even match up to 22 carat gold. I was told the bracelet was below 18 carat gold. I went to another jewelry outlet to verify the bracelet and again 2 person did a test on it.
