Writings reviews is not my thing but being the owner was so very rude to me after having my embroidery machine in her shop to service since January, I feel the need to save others some time. Take your machines elsewhere to be serviced. Mine was in her shop over 3 months. After hearing time and time again "call me back a week" and her being nasty on the phone, I went and picked it up. Even then she seemed snotty! Also just for note, the prices seem a bit high for the fabric and rulers as well.
