First of all I was able to talk to a "live" person and when talking to her she was very professional and took all of the information needed to service my issue. Great job. Kevin was our service representative and he spent over an hour looking at the entire system (in & out) and then explained what he had found and what he couldn't diagnose without replacing the exhaust motor.
