John Peterson is the Technician that responded to my house. John is a wonderful representative of this company. Very professional and polite. John took the time to listen to everything I had to say. John serviced my unit under the maintenence contract I bought and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving my residence. I strongly recommend if you need service on your A/C to call and request John to be your technician.

This place hires only kids to sell their crap. The ownership has changed so many times it is pathetic. They only want to sell you upgrades you don't need. It is all a trap. Run away and call anyone else
