John came out today to help me with my AC and I couldn’t be more grateful. He is very knowledgeable an explained my terrible AC setup to me so I understood . Very thorough, respectful and professional! Eric came to inspect the AC he was specific went thru everything and told us in easy terms to understand the issue. We told him of our urgency the next day Mike from the company came over, replaced a part and finished the job! We are very happy!
Bought a system in 2019. The unit inside the garage was installed incorrectly. The braces that hold the unit up, are too close to unit and blocks access to the filter and coils. Called about the issue 5 different times and had 2 of their own techs refuse to work on the unit because of the issue. I called customer service several times and was told that service manager would be out to look at the unit. That never happened. I gave up and struggled through to get the filter door open and gain access to $200 light bulb they make... read more
