We went to Bridget Andruscavage as she was listed as one of the lawyers in our area, through our legal plan at my work, who did trusts and wills and she had good reviews. We thought we had a simple case to work on. We are not self employed. All of our assets, except hunting property, are separated and in either my or my wife's name. I have siblings who have put the hunting land into a revocable trust.
