Very rude and uncaring staff. Went in a few weeks ago to collect a prescription for my husband who has cancer. Was told they didn’t have all of the palliative care items in stock but was assured it would be in the next day. When returning the next day was told it wasn’t coming in and to try again the day after. Then, when ringing up again later on was told not all of the deliveries had even arrived yet in a very unprofessional and rude tone even though they could tell I was upset because of my husband. Had me on hold for 50 minutes on purpose never came bk to the phone then ignored me for 1 more hour . Ended up in the cue at the pharmacy while some lass saying if that woman calls tell her we have not got it . 2 hrs for a yes or no answer this chemist is the worst . Customer service is shocking . Ended up really ill dealing with this place they treat customers terribly avoid at all cost . The doctors surgery is brilliant here defo don't recommend the chemist .
