I have been using Ancona Construction for over 10 years! From little small repairs to full blown re-builds! Fantastic work! Reliable! And Knowledgeable! Also Mark the owner in an incredibly nice guy!
What an amazing contractor! They did a total kitchen and living room renovation from top to bottom (cabinets, counters, flooring, lighting, taking a wall down, plumbing, painting, trim work, appliance installation, etc) and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. On time with no delays during the project and within budget too!
Mark recently remodeled the bathroom in our 1950s home. Working with Mark is incredibly easy. He was patient and helpful in the planning process and worked seamlessly with the required vendors for getting the tile, vanity etc. His work is thorough and careful and he is always on time. I totally trusted his input and the quality of his work. I selected tricky tiles and the tile work in the shower is impeccable and it really, visibly shows the caliber of his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Ancona for any project.
Ancona did an amazing job on our basement accent wall! To me, what I appreciated most was that I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Mark was able to help create a design that was unique and authentic looking. He was incredibly responsive, prompt, thorough, meticulous in the craftsmanship and completed the job on time and within the estimate provided. He was reasonably priced with high quality work. The team left no mess, and they were super easy to work with! I will definitely be using them again.
Mark is the absolute best! His attention to all details in the renovations I’ve had done is far and away anything I have ever experienced using other contractors. Mark is reliable and oversees every project he did for me. Always has the best electricians , plumbers, painters etc. He has a great eye for design and he is an exceptional craftsman. I could go on and on about Mark and his company but I’ll let the photos prove why he’s the best.
