This is by far the worst dental clinic I’ve ever dealt with! For over a year, I’ve been trying to get an appointment for my kids with no success. Every time they give me an appointment, it’s months away—then right before the date, they call to cancel it without any explanation and tell me to book a new one. They’ve canceled my children’s appointments twice now, for no reason. We’ve been trying for over two years to get a proper appointment, and when we finally get one, they cancel it again. Pleasant female Asian doctor. Said she would refer me to a doctor to have monthly injections. I never heard anything else from that day. Been 3 months and no referral made
Although I was seen quite quickly for my appointment yesterday, I was met with what I can only describe as one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. I attended with an extremely sensitive issue that has caused me significant distress over the past six + months, and after waiting a long time for this appointment, I had hoped to finally speak to someone who would listen and provide a diagnosis. I attended minor surgery in Dermatology dept today 25/1/25 and despite the minor procedure on my face the staff made it easy for me. They were friendly, professional and put me entirely at ease. I left with clear instructions. Thank you
Dental appointment cancelled with one hours notice. Receptionist rude ‘it’s the NHS’ she says in response to me voicing my disappointment that the next available time I can be seen is in four weeks. Hung up on me. I’ve been flossing all week for nothing!
