This is by far the worst dental clinic I’ve ever dealt with! For over a year, I’ve been trying to get an appointment for my kids with no success. Every time they give me an appointment, it’s months away—then right before the date, they call to cancel it without any explanation and tell me to book a new one. They’ve canceled my children’s appointments twice now, for no reason. We’ve been trying for over two years to get a proper appointment, and when we finally get one, they cancel it again. Pleasant female Asian doctor. Said she would refer me to a doctor to have monthly injections. I never heard anything else from that day. Been 3 months and no referral made
Although I was seen quite quickly for my appointment yesterday, I was met with what I can only describe as one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. I attended with an extremely sensitive issue that has caused me significant distress over the past six + months, and after waiting a long time for this appointment, I had hoped to finally speak to someone who would listen and provide a diagnosis.
