We have used Anco for several years and until recently been very happy with their service and response time. In the past we always dealt with Dan and he was responsive, knowledgeable and always able to quickly repair our issue. The last time Chuck came to our home to repair the furnace which had shut down. I used them last year to fix a mistake from another heating contractor and I was very pleased with their work. I called in mid December to schedule a cleaning for this year. I didn’t speak to anyone because there was a message on the machine that they had lost some help and as a result, were very far behind but leave a name and a number and they would put it on a list and they would eventually get to you. The very best if they can get to you. They are so good they are overwhelmed with requests. I recently had two different plumbing and heating guys come when my propane furnace stopped working. They couldn't solve the problem.......$235.00 later. Chuck came. He took a one minute look at the furnace and determined the control panel ( I think that's what its called) needed to be replaced. He had to order one and then it took him about five minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. That's why they are so busy.
