Awesome service! I haven't had any issues with Ancla. Please read their posts on Instagram and the paper you fill out. All the info you need is there. I send through plane which is much faster than by ship. They offer insurance and wrapping for a cost. I've sent twice and both times the boxes have arrived intact and in a reasonable amount of time like they advertise!
Siempre es lo mismo. Ya tengo mas de dos meses esperando que hagan mi entrega y cada vez que llamo me salen con malas respuestas, creo que si es una empresa dedicada a esto ellos deberían resolver los problemas de aduana y hacerse responsables de todo no como le responden a las personas. Dicen que uno mismo busque la manera de resolver porque si es asi uno mismo enviará por otro lugar directamente.
La verdad que es una empresa muy ineficiente cuando vas a llevar una cosa y luego el dueño es una personas demasiado grosera y déspota y creo que sus envio existen gracias a los usuarios. Debemos leer más los comentarios antes de enviar
Mi primera caja enviada aérea salió un 22 de julio y llegó el l 31 de julio súper rápido la caja no llegó maltratada y sobre todo está completa llegó todo lo que envié muchas gracias y si la recomiendo envíe otra marítima primero Dios llegue todo bien
