We approached Brendan in 2021 to completely renovate a 2700 square foot house that had not been updated in 40 years and required substantial work. In 2021 Brendan and his team gutted our existing house and added a 2bed./2bath addition plus full basement. The house looks great and is very comfortable! The most important aspect of the project is that Brendan puts great effort into making sure the house is energy efficient. He installed all new energy efficient doors, windows, proper insulation inside and out(under wood siding), around windows, even spray foam in hard to insulate spots. Brendan and crew built an addition onto our house and it was an excellent, low-stress experience. From helping design the plans all the way through to completion, they were super professional, easy to work with, well organized and highly skilled.
