Aside from the fact that I got my oil changed, had a bad experience with the technician assigned to my vehicle (michael) which sadly was not the first time that this happened to me with him. Never received information regarding the status of my vehicle to the point that I had to go out of my way to chase that information down by calling (which no one picks up) finally left a message and never got a call back. had to drive back there one hour before close to get my vehicle back.
