Two years ago Ancira RV sold us an RV and so far it has been problematic but fixable until last night when our tire blew out on the interstate and we discovered that Ancira RV provided us with the wrong spare tire. This happened in the middle of nowhere and we had to wait 6 hours on the side of the interstate for someone to come fix an issue that would have been easily resolved if the dealership had done their job correctly. Ghris was the man from our first conversation. I came all the way from Fort Worth to purchase my trailer and they made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Hi - contacted Ancira to get the "lowest cash price" on a motorhome. Was given a lower price than published by the salesman (Gary) but still higher than elsewhere. I told him this when he asked and then he responded by saying, "the lowest cash price is actually MUCH lower"... I told him that didn't make much sense to me and I thought it misleading. That was the last I heard from him. I guess I will have to trade in Dallas if I want a Newmar.
We stopped by around 2:30/3:00, no other car insight. We (mom,kids,myself) looking to by an RV/travel trailer. A man did come out, my mom asked about information and how much the RV we saw was, he then asked if we had phones....he then went on to say if we went online and did what is the job of a SALESMAN, the information is there. My mom asked about the size as we are wanting to buy a new RV, never owned one before. He rudely replied “it’s right there”....in being with my kids, I walked off as I didn’t want to say anything.... read more
