I had no trouble with staff once I got to office but she was a little rude on phone when making appt. Now as for dr ancira, I couldn't have found a more caring,understanding and passionate doctor. He really listened to my problems and didn't rush me and /or judge me. I couldn't recommend a better doctor and I've saw a couple before him. He really knows his field and I trust him completely.

I have been seeing this doctor a long time. He's a Wonderful psychiatrist . But, the office staff are terrible. It's hard to get medication filled it's hard to get an appointment it's hard to speak with the Main one in the office. (Needs New Staff)!!!

Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Very good Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Mostly Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Definitely! They made an extra effort to make me feel special

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Does this provider treat their staff well? I like the doctor. I have seen him for five years. About two years ago he changed receptionists and ever since I have had an argument every single time I try to refill my medications. Also there is simply absolutely no way to contact the doctor without going through the same person so real lines of communication do not exist. It is the receptionist though who has ruined the experience for me and who is the reason I am going to go somewhere else.

Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous
