I read a article of yours on the net, about the NZ Kauri tree...I have to ask where you get your information from? The reason why the kauri is almost extinct, is the Europeans came over and almost destroyed the forest, not at any point was it natural causes! The biggest recorded that was chopped down, was almost 3x's the size of our largest standing.
