Broke two vertebrae in my lower back. Constant back pain for years. I've had shots in my back. Taken anti-inflammatory and pain medications. Nothing really worked efficiently to keep the pain away. Went to see Jin the masseuse at Ancient Wellness Spa on a friend's recommendation. She treated me with deep tissue massage. Hot stones. Ice and warm compress. My pain has been reduced to almost none. Suffer from plantars fasciitis. Over a year at the doctor with cortisone injections physical therapy and anti-inflammatory drugs. No help at all. Felt like I was stepping on a nail with every step. Went to Jin at ancient Wellness Spa. Gave me deep tissue foot massage with oil. Then used plum blossom needles on the bottom of my foot. In one session my pain was reduced by almost half.
