Locally owned family buisness. Jayden (son) and Father are both Great with customer service, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful answering all our questions. Highly recommend them for jewelry- for you to experience a local honest shop. We look forward to doing business with them in the future
I am so disappointed … I brought my dad’s watch in to be polished and got it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I first picked it up and wasn’t happy with the way it looked, they took it back and worked on it some more and it’s still not right. There are a lot of scratches on the brushed steel, honestly it looks terrible. I randomly picked this place to sell a wedding ring from a former marriage. I had low expectations but to my surprise they were very professional , friendly and to my surprise they gave me more than twice what I expected for my platinum ring. After two failed marriages over 36 years I don't know if I'll ever have to buy another wedding ring again but if I did I would definitely recommend going to this place, they're friendly professional and they have it together.
They did a great job re-sizing two of my watches in under 5 minutes for only $15 each. I wouldn’t believe the negative reviews left against them because they are efficient and respectable individuals. Will be conducting future buisnuess there when I revisit the state again.
