I randomly picked this place to sell a wedding ring from a former marriage. I had low expectations but to my surprise they were very professional , friendly and to my surprise they gave me more than twice what I expected for my platinum ring. After two failed marriages over 36 years I don't know if I'll ever have to buy another wedding ring again but if I did I would definitely recommend going to this place, they're friendly professional and they have it together.
They did a great job re-sizing two of my watches in under 5 minutes for only $15 each. I wouldn’t believe the negative reviews left against them because they are efficient and respectable individuals. Will be conducting future buisnuess there when I revisit the state again.
Ancient Gold is absolutely top-tier! I had an awesome experience from start to finish. The quality of their jewelry is incredible--unique pieces, great craftsmanship, and you can tell they really care about what they create. I also have to give a shoutout to Jaden, the owner's son. Really cool guy, super friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy. If you're looking for high-quality jewelry and great customer service, Ancient Gold is the place. Highly recommend!
Justin is Amazing when helping out customers, explaining and making sure you are satisfied. Do not interpret him when he is with a customer and talk in loud. Believe me, he knows you are there.
