I had the opportunity to be referred to Dr. Ramirez from the VA. I am so thankful that her practice is part of the in network for community care. I love that she has a vast knowledge of herbs, acupuncture and other modalities to help in achieving a better way to manage chronic pain or other issues without all the prescribed harmful Pharma meds is what I truly appreciate. Carmen has a deep knowledge of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. She makes you feel calm and nurtured during sessions. After sessions, I always feel much more grounded and centered. Dr Carmen Ramirez is the BEST acupuncturist in the Tampa Bay Area! She is very compassionate about her practice and patients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carmen at Ancient Future Medicine is one of the most genuine people I know. She takes her services incredibly serious, making sure all your needs are met whether you need her for acupuncture or doula services, she makes you feel heard. Because of Carmen’s techniques and education I had an amazing birth that honestly I felt was mentally pain-free. My water broke at 5:30 am at home and I had my son at 8:30 am at the hospital!
