I hired Ancient City Construction to replace 2 sets of wooden steps. Matthew came out to measure and sent a quote. Within a week Ike & his team were at my cottage replacing those old dangerous steps. They did an outstanding, quality job and I now have steps that are built to last our Florida climate. All I need to do is paint them white and I will do that soon. I will hire them again for future projects. They are a family business who have been in Saint Augustine for over 30 years.

We are snowbirds. When we returned to our park model in Bryn Mawr ocean resort we discovered a water leak that flooded our bathroom. It also destroyed thr flooring in our bedroom, hall and kitchen. Ancient City returned my call quickly and came out to discuss remodeling project the next day!... they were able to work us into their busy schedule to do a total remodeling on bath, replace all the plumbing in the park model, plus replace electric in bathroom plus replace all the flooring in our unit.
