Walked into this place half on accident because there looked like some live music going on, and I had been meaning to check out this new bike shop/cafe. Turns out there was an amazing jazz show going on that night, and afterwards, I started talking to the owner, Scott, about how I was looking to buy a new cross bike. He was very helpful in describing my options, and over the next few months he, and one of the mechanics, Xac, helped me spec out a custom build that I couldn't be happier with. I came in asking if they could order a new crankshaft and replace it. They suggested re-tapping the threads which was not only much cheaper but meant my bike was ready again in 15 minutes. Made my day. Thanks guys.
Best Campagnolo shop in Chicago. I have gone in many times, and they have always been fast, helpful, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

First time I came in I was impressed by the fast and friendly service. Second time, I got some attitude; they wouldn't replace my tire because it wasn't flat (the threads were messed up). After I insisted they replaced it, but they pinched the side and it was flat before I got home. Third time I went they were closed and didn't have their hours posted (says 10 to 5 most days online). What bike shop isn't open during morning / evening commutes when hundreds of bikes go by?
