Anchorstrong helped us out with a foundation inspection for our earthquake insurance after we bought our new house. We had received confusing and conflicting information when dealing with the insurance company and other inspectors, but the folks we dealt with here were finally extremely helpful in not only getting us the paperwork that we needed, but also in guiding our understanding through every step of the process.
Steer clear of Joe Essy and Anchorstrong. Our experience was a disaster, both financially and emotionally. We made the mistake of hiring Joe for an interior remodeling project, including our kitchen, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a drawn-out ordeal that went far beyond the agreed-upon timeline. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but our experience with this company, especially with their contractor Joe, was so abysmal that I feel obligated to warn others.
