What a fantastic day on Lake James! So many thank yous to Katie and Anchors Aweigh for being so accommodating, friendly and helpful! We are new to boating and felt at ease right away. Most amazing of all was that there was a mix up in the morning and another company took the boat we were supposed to have. Katie found another nicer boat for us to use in about 10 minutes!!! That is SERVICE! We will back next summer!
Katie was very easy to deal with she was always helpful very quick response no matter when I had a question! Boat was very clean and nice! Would go back and definitely recommend GREAT Personality very Friendly 🥰 Thanks for a great experience and for helping us make Great Memories!!🥰
Katie and George are great people, great service, and I got a fantastic boat.
One of the best experiences I have ever had renting a pontoon. Katie was absolutely amazing in the process along with her Husband. You rent a boat from them but you feel like you gained a friend. She made you feel welcome and when a storm approached she let us know what to expect and when it should arrive. I will be back again.
