I liked the staff. The only thing and it was a big thing was....the 1st floor is where they allow pets. A big sweet dog was in the room across from us who missed his family a lot. Every time there was a tiny noise that dog would bark and bark and bark for like 20 min until it settled down. The staff had no solution and this went on all weekend long. Day and night. So painful.
Celebrated my 45th Birthday here and had an amazing time! The young lady at the front desk named Victoria is the best hands down!
My wife and I had an excellent time here during our stay in late July. The hotel/room was prestine and the service was awesome. In particular, Kelly (Manager) went above and beyond the expectations of hospitality when we realized my wife's car was having trouble the morning of departure. Her husband, Andy, spent over an hr w/ us helping and eventually got us on our way. Although our morning didn't go as planned, we couldn't have picked a better place to spend an additional hr while experiencing car trouble. 5 stars for them ... read more
