This is probably one of the most ridiculous stores on planet earth. If you need a satellite phone, get it from anywhere before here. I asked them on the phone to cancel my service, and instead of canceling it, they told me I had to send an email to some random address or they threatened to send me to collections. Instead, when I politely ask you to cancel my service, please, just cancel my service...or, of you insist on an arbitrary email, then send the email for the customer. I recently rented a satellite phone for a hunting trip. The phone was shipped to the charter plane office. Shortly after I arrived in Anchorage my trip was canceled. I returned the phone and 50% on what I paid was saved as a credit for next year. I would definitely recommend them if you ever need a phone.
