Management is fabulous so far. Central to everything. Woolworths is a 1 minute walk. Room is a slight let down, has a funny smell ans some damage to things but overall its comfy and good enough to settle in ans make home for a while
I stayed this motel a few time in the past. Good location, building is old style but clean. The lady is very nice, and handy to everywhere. And is friendly to my little dog. The price is reasonable and impressive. I’ll back next time when I am in Caloundra
I was homeless I will never stay at this hotel ever again as my room was full of bed bugs the place is ran down people are leaving in termites Anchorage hotel has a health and safety problem and needs to be shut down I recommend to go somewhere else do not go to this hotel
Great location close to everything you need and not far from the beach.. nothing flash but clean and comfortable rooms, nice and quiet, no noise from traffic. 2 bedroom units upstairs are quite lovely and spacious. Owner is extremely kind and professional. Great bonus that pets are welcome.
The only positive aspects of this place were that it was pet-friendly, the bedding appeared clean, and the receptionist/owner was very lovely. We stayed in Room 1, which initially looked neat and tidy; however, the property overall was extremely run-down. The room had a very unpleasant smell that made it hard to stay comfortable. The floorboards felt like they were caving in, the shower tap fell off, the water pressure was inconsistent, and the shower head only partially worked.
