We had been with James for a very very long time. He is personable and says he will take care of things, and then doesn’t get back to you. He is 100% responsible for letting our homeowners insurance expire. But then he blames his other employees saying they are our point of contact and not him. After overpaying for MANY years, we had to ask him to look for a better rate for us.
