Stayed here a while ago n the service ppl had a go at me for having three people instead of two over even though it said I was staying with one soooooooo pretty shit , judgmental
Location is perfect with direct access to public transport, ideal for our tourist activities. Easy walk to supermarket, bottleshops and all cafes and restaurants etc on Hampton st even the beach. Having options of 1or2 bedrooms ideal for our large family get together. Apartments are spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and laundry, and queensize bedrooms. Clean and well serviced. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anchorage apartments and it was an unforgettable experience, my stay was from 17th/10/24 to 22/10/24. The property was exactly as described and even more charming in person. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully considered, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. What a debacle. Simply wanted a room that was handy to the job we are working on. Eight emails with various instructions or requirements in the six days between booking and my stay. The room had only been very superficially cleaned. I wish I hadn’t looked underneath the bathroom vanity when I dropped my toothbrush… Eek. Worst of all though was every Anchorage guest being locked out of their apartments for an hour or more on a hot and busy Friday evening.
