Unfortunately my mother called to have some chairs reupholstered and whomever she spoke to told her to email a picture of the chair, which I did. Never heard back - emailed again to make sure they received the first email. Still never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing - Terrible Customer Service
The work is done with such care and attention to detail and I would not trust my furniture to anyone else. Prices are reasonable and work is completed quickly. Tony is a master of his trade and a great communicater.
