I don’t usually write reviews for things, but I really felt this place deserves one. To make a long story short, we were in need of a car ASAP as we got rid of ours. This was our first time buying from a dealership. We were looking for a RAV4 and I checked all of the dealerships across NS to find one that ticked all of our boxes. The salesman is a liar and so is the manager. Both of them said they would fix the truck I bought from them and they didn't
Bought a used 2022 Sienna from Anchor Toyota in Nov 2024. I highly recommend staying away from this business, had multiple issues with sales, financing, and the service department. The biggest issues were the following: The driver's seatbelt was partially chewed through by the previous owners' dog. The multipoint inspection stated that all seatbelts were in good condition.
