I cannot recommend Anchor Toyota. My experiences with both their Sales and Parts departments have been characterized by poor communication, lack of product knowledge, and a blatant disrespect for the customer. The Sales Experience: Months ago, we visited to see a Camry. The vehicle we were shown was filthy and clearly hadn't been serviced—the steering wheel had to be turned significantly to the right just to drive in a straight line. When we asked the sales representative basic questions about the car's features, his respons... read more

The service department torqued my oil filter far too tight (spec is only 18 ft-lbs). Because of this, I broke two oil filter wrenches ($70) and had to replace the plastic oil filter housing ($100) when it cracked trying to remove it. My truck was down for two days waiting on parts. I had an incredible experience at Anchor Toyota thanks to Tristan. I was passing through to see my dad, who is receiving end of life care, when my car started wobbling badly on the highway. It was a Saturday, and I was really worried about finding anyone who could help. I found Anchor Toyota nearby and decided to take a chance. Tristan listened to my situation and immediately came outside to look at the car with me. He went above and beyond by contacting a mechanic friend to help me out. Because of him, I was able to safely ... read more

Was in for an msg on my dash and everything about the error was to not drive the truck and go to the dealer cause the fault could cause accident/injury. I went to the service desk where they said it is likely just a dirty sensor and he could book me in late March which would have been 30 days or more! This was the only option he provided me. Don't know his name, but he had an english accent. Dirty sensor or not, he provided no option to have someone take a quick look to verify the issue. Also, when provided the feedback on t... read more
