Karrianne and her team do an amazing job with staging!! It makes the world of difference in a vacant home and helps the buyer see the potential of what the space could be! She has staged several properties for me and they all went under contract quickly and for over asking!
My dining room went from “old lady red” to a beautiful fresh and updated blue/green. Marianne helped me pick out the color and change the draperies and artwork to be more transitional and less stuffy. She pained my old drapery rods and did a faux finish on some frames that totally transformed what I already had into a new modern look. She was always on time and very communicative.
