The guy working for him is really nice, the owner I’m assuming that’s who it was on the other hand IGNORANT as the day is long. Never been talked down to the way I was all because THEY mixed up the date they were suppose to come and got upset with us as my husband was on his oyster lease running equipment and could not hear his phone ring when they showed up the day before they told us they would be there. Hired these guys to fix my commercial freezer they came checked it out and ordered parts was told they would be back the 29th waited 3 weeks for parts. They sent the truck on the 28th completely wrong day from what they said then tried charging me for their mistake. Ignorant with me and my wife. Called costal refrigeration ( another company) and they had it up and running within 2 hours of them getting there for half the price. Highly recommend costal refrigeration over these guys.

Darcy and Joseph replaced my two current heat pumps and added an additional heat pump for two additional zones in the house and garage. The service and installation was great and the product so far working great. I would highly recommend this business.
