We'd been searching for an acreage property within two hours of Brisbane for over 1.5 years. You learn and experience much in that time, some good some bad. Buying a property can be a stressful process. Our experience with Tina and Anchor Realty was a refreshing change from SE Qld agents we had dealt with in that time. We felt entirely comfortable during the purchase process and we can't thank Anchor Realty enough for going above and beyond when our solicitor and broker let us down.
Not a good experience dealing with Steph. Very difficult to communicate with and doesn't return phone calls with their preferred method of communication being text message. Their preference I suppose, but you would think communicating with buyers and sellers important. Nothing like feeling undervalued as a client but guess this is their normal. There are many better agents in the area in my opinion, ships ahoy!
