8/2026 - Noticed water in the softener was very dirty. Called the office and within a couple of hours Dakota arrived. After reviewing the softener, discussing options, even with me misunderstanding part of the treatment work was completed. Great to have everything done in one day. 1/2020 - Owner Paul, and plumbers Pete and Henry were all professional and easy to talk with on purchasing and installing a water softener.
This is my go-to plumbing company—very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I’ve had two services done recently: Bobbie drained my water heater, and a few days later, I needed a whole-property leak detection after receiving letters from SAWS warning of a constant leak. Eric identified that a faulty PRV was the culprit, and he and Bobbie fixed it right on the spot. Highly recommend!
