Mark is absolutely first class. I had exacerbated a rotator cuff injury and was certain that i needed surgery. I had seen other therapists, years ago, about the initial injury, and knew what to expect. Mark surprised me with the rapidity of his analysis and his choice of exercises, both at Anchor Therapy and at home, focused on the precise injury. I had two partial knee replacements last March. I started seeing Mark three weeks after my surgery and he pushed me to get back to where I wanted to be! My strength and flexibility are back to where they were prior to my knee pain! Every session made me work hard and keep pushing myself to get stronger! I highly recommend Anchor Physical Therapy!
