I live at 5057 Kester apartment , manager is Peter Kong! WE have a huge very large roach problem, he has stopped responding to my emails to fix the issue so i will be forced to report him to LAHD . In addition , We have had a leak below my balcony for over 6 months. This attracts the roaches! Also , last year we went an entire year with no working washing machines.
