Place is a joke . It's dirty not organized it's a mad house. People jus every where definitely not for me . I will say the food is decent that's about all . No one answersthe phones ever I was hung up on several times after being on hold for hours jus to have to call back once I left I needed important paperwork called every day for 3, weeks and still was.not emailed the one piece of paper really needed for court.. All they had to do was email it to me and couldn't even do that ..... Jus sad and.not professional at all!!!
Wonderful place, staff, groups, nurses, counselors, and especially the kitchen crew, was perfect!
Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone, and then you’ll be pleasantly surprised if by some miracle someone actually does. I’ve been hung up on several times too. If you have a loved one here, good luck getting in touch with anyone on staff or leaving a message for your loved one.
This place is what you make it. That being said my experience was great. I want to give a special thanks to the kitchen staff. In particular to the kitchen manager. She was one of the most peaceful joyful people I've ran across in life period. She always had a smile on her face despite what goes on in her life outside of there. I came here in 2018 when I was at rock bottom and finally ready for a change and today I can say that it was life changing for me. I've been clean ever since and have rebuilt a happy life down in Florida near the beach. I don't remember names but my counselor was amazing, and there was another really pretty lady in heels who was a Capricorn that was amazing as well. Anyways thank you guys for facilitating one of the most pivotal moments in my life. Will be forever grateful.
