When we got there the office was closed. They had a sign on the door saying they will be open tomorrow at 8:00 am. What kind of business is this. I never been to a motel that the office closes at a certain time. All motels and hotels I've been to the office were open 24 hours. I had to go check in at the Baymont Hotel 15 minutes away.
We have a beautiful experience, the rooms are OK, the location is great! 2 minutes walk and we were at the beach! the staff very helpful and polite,.my daughter and I definitely come back next summer ☀️ we had that place on the list for more memories
Booked this on Booking.com with expectations it would be a nice place. Upon arrival my lady wasn’t feeling it due to shabby accommodations. I got insurance for this booking in case something happened. Booking.com didn’t seem helpful on the refund. I left a message with the office doubtful they will be helpful seeing that every dime would count for their drawer. I contested it with my bank to see about refunding $260 since we could not stay here.
